Panotools test 2

Special thanks to Kerrisdale Cameras of North vancouver for letting me and Andrew shoot a couple lens tests. Panotools stitched the 10.5 100% better than my previous realviz tests. This is also a test of a new script for quicktime, allowing for auto balancing, kinda cool, kinda annoying?

Nikon 10.5 lens panotools test

Took the Nikon 10.5 lens out for a test drive. Click photo to view raw image direct from panotools. IVR created with panorama factory, viewed on iseemedia panoapplet.jar After much testing the stitching engine enjoyed a horizontal field of view of 87.3226

G2 Panorama Viewer tests

The Cylindrical pan was stitched with panorama factory click here While the G2 viewer is among my favourates I keep noticing the wiggly lines on the edge of the viewer, so i Also posted a Spherical projection and a Cubic projection Stitched with Realviz and created with g2 filebuilder. I have set the FOV slightly wider to study the edges and the viewers effects on straight lines.
